The New York Metropolitan Elder Law Institute was formed as a division of UCS Trust Services. Its mission is to offer a high-level experts forum to address the most relevant topics in the areas of elder law and planning. It is hosted by national professionals who are renowned in the industry for their expert levels of knowledge and experience in the fields of elder law and planning.

Our goal is to offer highly practical solutions geared specifically towards elder law attorneys, professionals and advisors, in which we address topics that they will gain from. These individuals will have the opportunity to ask the questions that are on their mind, talk to and collaborate with others in the field, and receive expert guidance on today’s elder care legal issues.
